Shipping policy

All paid orders will ship in 3-5 business days from the order date. All orders are packaged in boxes with great care and are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Please inspect your order upon delivery for efficacy. Soulful of Intent is not responsible for items arriving damaged, broken, or not at all due to the mishandling of the USPS. Priority shipping with the USPS ensures that any package includes $50 insurance. If you would like to add additional insurance to your package, you must let us know before your order is shipped. You are responsible for any additional fees associated with adding insurance to your package. You may file a claim with the USPS for damaged items. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
